With this understanding, by signing the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), we elevate our corporate approach to gender equality to a global governance framework. We implement our commitments in the areas of equality and sustainability through written, actionable, and measurable corporate policies and guidelines.

These policies and guidelines apply to all group companies operating under the umbrella of Yapı Merkezi Holding and are based on a shared corporate governance approach.
